The Smoking Rumley	It seems that Bob was in the right place at the right time - with a camera.  On July 19, 2005 there was a massive tire fire at a tire recycling facility in Watertown Wisconsin 9 miles away.  The smoke cloud could be seen for over 60 miles away, and was visible on the weather satellites.
